Job Overview
We are seeking a Creative Designer Intern with a passion for mobile games and digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience designing high-impact creatives that resonate with audiences across different markets. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will help create video and image ads that drive user acquisition and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and producing high-quality video and image creatives for mobile game advertisements optimized for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
Work closely with the growth marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual assets.
Support in developing culturally relevant and market-specific creatives that align with user preferences in target regions.
Participate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
Help conduct A/B testing of creatives to analyze and improve ad performance based on data insights.
Stay updated on current trends in game marketing, advertising, and social media, and bring new ideas to creative executions.
Manage multiple design tasks and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
A portfolio showcasing design work, including both video and image content — projects related to mobile games or digital ads are a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
Interest in mobile gaming and understanding of ad creatives that engage game players.
Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
Basic animation and video editing skills are a plus.
