You’ll be part of a company with a flat structure and a culture that values open communication. You’ll have significant freedom to organize and plan your weekly tasks independently.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing business strategies to draw in potential customers and solicit new customers from different channels.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate business solutions for tech to help grow revenue or reduce costs.
Make presentations of the customized software/solutions to communicate benefits to customers during the lead generation.
Proactively seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through cold-emailing or responding to inquiries from different channels and campaigns.
Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales leads for software or IT services.
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest when contacted.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Collaborating with internal team members to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
REQUIREMENTS
We welcome applications from those passionate about sales, marketing, and business in the tech and software sectors.
Successful coursework or self-study in sales methods, marketing strategies, and communication skills may prove advantageous.
Good time management and client management skills.
Good email etiquette, well-written communication, and computer literacy skills.
Strong verbal communication skills, well dressed, and confident in approaching potential customers.
Strong track record of sales development. Skilled in managing cold and warm sales leads to generate purchase orders for our IT services.
Consistently adhere to the sales pipeline and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
