JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers and to solicit new customers from different channels.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate IT software or services that help grow their revenue or reduce their cost.
Make presentations of the customized software/solutions to communicate benefits to customers during the lead generation
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by initiating contact with potential customers through the cold-emailing or responding to inquiries generated from different channels and campaigns.
Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales leads for software or IT services.
Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest when contacted.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Collaborating with internal team members to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Making different strategies for software services and products and identifying different target customers and companies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in sales for IT industry of software products.
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
Good time management and project management skills.
Good email etiquette, good written communication and computer literacy skills.
Strong verbal communication skills, well dressed and confident in approaching potential customers.
Strong track record of sales development. Able to manage cold and warm sales leads with the end goal of obtaining a purchase order for them for our IT services.
Following sales pipeline and tools religiously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
