The company also manages Home by Hitcheed, an interior designer platform that emphasizes on creative designs. Our focus is to bring couples and individuals a new light to uncover the possibilities of creating their aspired home.
Hitcheed is looking to hire Operation and Marketing Interns to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the Operation and Marketing team to plan, execute and monitor Operations/Marketing to ensure seamless service.
What you will be exposed to:
- Improve the efficiency of processes
- Participate in offline wedding events and handles operation support
- Handle backend uploading of projects to provide best user experience for mobile app and website platform
- Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction and ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
- Conduct research such as user testing and surveys to find out the needs and wants of the target audience
- Identify pain points of the consumer and the opportunities that the company can fill
- Engage and grow our online audience through our social media platforms
