Job Description
  • Office Administration:

    • Assist with daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
    • Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and files.
    • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.
    • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and logistics.
    • Prepare interview materials and assist interviewers as required.
  • Contract Management:

    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
    • Maintain a database of contracts and track renewal dates.
  • Team Activities:

    • Organize and coordinate team events and activities to promote team building and collaboration.
    • Assist in planning meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Digital Asset Management:

    • Maintain and organize digital assets, including documents, images, and presentations.
    • Ensure easy access and proper categorization of digital files for team members.
  • Leave Approval Assistance:

    • Assist in the processing and tracking of leave requests.
    • Maintain records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Additional Support:

    • Help with onboarding new employees and managing related paperwork.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving office processes.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
