Job Description
Associate Recruiter (Intern)
Responsibilites
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers.
- Post new positions on online job boards e.g Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture
- Screens applicant’s CVs and determines qualifications; verifying references; matching qualifications and previous experience to job requirements.
- Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
- Address employee queries about benefits e.g annual leave entitlement.
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information e.g contact details and employment contracts.
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Digitalisation of e-Personal Files
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- No work experience required, OJT will be provided.
