Job Description

We are seeking: 

  • The candidate must be able to work independently within their area of work with little supervision and possesses good knowledge in customer relations. They should have good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • To post available Hmlet real estate on all applicable platforms, and follow up with any enquiries and show available rooms to potential customers.
  • Management of an efficient sales process including the eventual hiring and managing of a sales team.
  • Lead all customer service initiatives and create processes for serving customer needs and ensuring follow through on any complaints and issues raised by clients.
  • Assisting operations team in maintaining proper documentation and supervising service professionals. (cleaning, maintenance, decoration/renovation works)


Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer software for document creation and spreadsheets
  • Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, systematic, energetic and resourceful, displays initiative.
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

  • Background in sales and marketing
  • Background in events management
