Hodlnaut is the leading Crypto Borrowing and Lending Platform based in Singapore whose mission is to provide financial services to cryptocurrency users. The platform currently has over $650 Million USD of Digital Assets under Management and is growing at an average of 20% month on month. 

Hodlnaut is a certified Fintech by the Singapore Fintech Association, an accreditation recognized by the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore). Hodlnaut is also currently undergoing license application under the PS Act 2019 (by the MAS) and is looking to become the first regulated entity in Singapore within the Crypto Borrowing and Lending Space.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients

  • Assist customers in solving problems they face in their customer journey by providing knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent responses

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • The ability to communicate and present complex information concisely with sound reasoning and strong attention to detail

  • Being the voice of the customer internally, including experience of partnering with Product teams, dealing with prioritisation and demand management problems

  • Understand and empathise with clients’ needs, work with colleagues across departments to raise new business requirements to meet clients' needs and improve the user experience

  • Review and revise the internal workflow and SOPs and maintain the support ticketing system, if required

 

Required skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • Superior service skills/"client first" approach resulting in strong customer loyalty

  • Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work in a collaborative, team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (especially in written form) and high attention to detail

  • Excited to work in an early-stage company and have a high impact on the future of the company’s growth and help Hodlnaut scale

  • Having an understanding of blockchain technology and crypto assets would be a plus

  • Able to commit to a period for at least 3 months, with a minimum of 3 workdays per week

 

Should the candidate perform well during the internship, he/she will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role at Hodlnaut, with the potential to take on leadership roles as the company scales.
