Your role as Growth Associate will cover two main responsibilities: 1) Growing our Partner Accounts supporting them with expanding their services on Holicay; and 2) Supporting our Go-to-Market strategies operationally. Position Overview: As our Travel Growth Associate, you will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality partners and enhancing the travel experiences we offer. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding strategic partners, growing their presence on our platform, and crafting personalized travel itineraries for our customers
What you'll do:
1. Identify and Onboard Strategic Hospitality Partners:
Research and identify potential hospitality partners that align with Holicay's vision of a truly bespoke vacation
Initiate contact and establish relationships with new partners
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Holicay platform
2. Grow Partner Accounts:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supplier user experience
Upskill and support our suppliers in delivering a unique blend pf digital and in person experiences for trips
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement using data
3. Create Personalized Travel Itineraries:
Utilize available supplier products on the Holicay platform to design unique and tailored travel itineraries
Ensure itineraries are creative and deliver the experience desired of the traveler through our online itinerary planner tool
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Preferred: Past experience in high-growth companies or demonstrated ability to lead self-initiated projects
Strategic thinking with a clear focus on output rather than input
Love for data and thrive in a semi-autonomous environment
Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry
