Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre re-launched in 2009 after an extensive multi million dollar renovation of its 324 guest rooms and public areas. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Singapore, we are just minutes away from the Central Business District and shopper's paradise Orchard Road. Apart from the popular Tandoor North Indian restaurant, the hotel also has the newly renovated Window On The Park all day dining restaurant and the lobby lounge. The hotel has function rooms for up to 400 guests, a brand new atrium club lounge among other facilities.
At the moment we're looking for a Finance Intern to join our energetic and motivated team at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.
Responsibilities:
You'll facilitate daily cashiering and credit card transactions to ensure they are carried out on a timely, accurate and complete basis. You'll also facilitate daily income audit reconciliation of audit vouchers and void checks to ensure completeness and accuracy, assist with daily auditing and processing of Officer’s Check and Entertainment checks from F&B for Director of Finance and Business Support and General Manager’s review on a timely basis. You'll assist with any other ad-hoc finance duties too.
Requirements:
Ideally, you'll have previous experience assisting in a Finance department or have studied Finance-related modules. You're known for your strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills. In return, you'll have the chance to work with a great team and most importantly, we'll give you Room to be yourself.
