Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our APAC supply chain planning processes. The intern will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure the efficient planning of product flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Compliance (60%):
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate supply chain documentation, including developing and maintaining standard operating procedure (SOP) of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and processes.
- Support the implementation of documentation standards and best practices across the supply chain.
- Data Analytical and Reporting (40%):
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather and clean data from various sources including ERP systems, databases, and other data repositories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Visualization (Power BI): Create visual representations of data findings using charts, graphs, and dashboards. Contribute to the development of dashboards and tools for tracking key performance indicators.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and tools is a plus.
