The Team
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Global Expansion team drives special projects which impact all markets (Singapore, Malaysia and Australia) and is also responsible for consolidating, gleaning and rolling out best practices/ blueprints across markets with the objective of optimising operations and/or scaling the organisation. In addition to launching in new markets, the team is also responsible for Corporate Development, looking to form strategic partnerships with other organisations in/out of the healthcare landscape.
The role
As the Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in selected special projects from end to end, working with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, from the C-Suite to operational teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Global Expansion Manager, you will play a fundamental role in creating impact through this exhilarating phase.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in project management of special projects, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Execute research/ discovery sessions essential to refine the project objectives/ outcomes
- Coordinate and ensure successful outcomes by bringing together the correct internal stakeholders
- Assist with the development of the blueprints to be shared across markets
- Create well-structured presentations and materials to enable stakeholders/ decision-makers to quickly digest and engage with subjects that are often complex in nature, and for external parties to secure their interest in forming partnership and secure a mutually beneficial partnership agreement
- Efficiently document and communicate project deliverables, and work closely with stakeholders on their requirements, expectations and to anticipate and resolve roadblocks
- Monitor and prepare report progress of ongoing projects in a relevant and transparent way
- Document all new processes alongside key business owners

Qualification and Experience
- Undergraduate or graduate pursuing a degree in business, business analytics, economics, or engineering
- Superior communication and storyboarding skills via Google Slides or Powerpoint
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Tableau / Hubspot is a plus
- Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months on full time-basis
