Homage Co Pte. Ltd. – Global Expansion Intern

Location: Singapore 

Type: Internship (min. 4 months) 

Homage is looking for an Expansion intern strongly aligned with its mission to transform the way people access and get personal care. You will be responsible for driving the execution and strategic research of international expansion, with the goal of successfully launching Homage in multiple new markets and very importantly set them up for scale. 

Responsibilities 

• Support ongoing operational requirements of Japan launch phase depending on business need across various functional business roles such as inside sales, live operations and customer support 
• Support intra-country Australia expansion efforts together with the AU expansion team in its initial rollout phase 
• Support a regular cadence of reporting and review alongside JP and AU local teams. Ensure that teams have the data that they require to be successful. 
• Research and develop an understanding of the differentiated value proposition of Homage’s services in the context of potential markets, including but not limited to addressable size, readiness and competitiveness landscape 
• Ad hoc tasks as required for global expansion roadmap buildout 

Requirements 

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Japanese language ability (intermediate and above) is a must. 
• Experience in Case challenge competitions or Cognitare is a plus 
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office 
• Ability to closely examine and identify relevant information, and earn the respect of both leaders and operational teams by translating insights into clear, sizable operational plans.

• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment – Start-up or healthcare related industry experience is a plus
