Job Summary: The Administrative Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The individual in this position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of important documents.Communication and Correspondence:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Draft and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence.Filing and Organization:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Implement efficient filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.Scheduling and Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for installation.
- Manage the calendar for key personnel and assist in scheduling activities.Support for Other Departments:
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
