- Managing online calendar and listings for hosts from different countries, in order to attain customer satisfaction from both the host and guest.
- Processing data and observing trends that help us adapt our corporate strategy.
- Research on outbound and inbound travel seasons, festivals and major events so that campaigns/ content can be strategically themed.
- Competitor analysis, market research and proposing new segments for growth, especially in Asia, where HomeAway is still a work in progress.
- Generate weekly supply/cancellation reports.
- Assist country managers in prefilling listings in various countries, in order to increase rentals.
