Content Writing Intern

We are seeking a Content Writing Intern to help drive brand awareness and organic demand at HomeMatch. You'll collaborate with the Co-Founder to create SEO-optimised content, test strategies, and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SEO-optimised content with the intent of driving traffic and organic conversions.
• Collab with the performance marketing arm in rocket-fuelling high-potential content on ad channels.
• Always testing: Learn from both mistakes and successes. Make data-driven decisions and dare to experiment.
• Always learning: Staying updated on channel-specific updates and cultural trends. Keeping our eyes peeled for opportunities to trendjack.

Qualifications:

• Self-Learners. The role is highly hands-on and it is an ever-changing world! We won’t expect you to know everything now; what’s important is having a strong drive for personal growth.
• Creativity paired with a business instinct. Behind all the sizzle, the purpose of marketing is to SELL.
• And of course a good eye for design.
• A portfolio that showcases your proficiency in writing is a bonus.
• Current undergraduate preferred, with a bonus if you are pursuing a degree in Business or Marketing.

Work Schedule:

• 5 Day Work Week, 10am to 7pm
• Office Address: 809 French Rd, Kitchener Complex

Priority will be given to candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship. Start and end dates are flexible.
