As a Product Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Business teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve product-related processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, user feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining and optimising product workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve product decision-making.
• Monitor and troubleshoot product-related issues, working with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and internal/external product adoption.
• Assist in gathering, organising, and analysing user feedback to drive product improvements.
• Help manage product releases, track feature adoption, and ensure smooth rollout processes.
• Support process automation initiatives to enhance team productivity.
