HoneySpree is a social enterprise that provides gifts for all occasions. All gifts are hand-wrapped by underprivileged Stay-at-home-mums so every purchase made gives back. HoneySpree was established in 2011 and has grown into one of Singapore's leading online gift retailers, delivering over 200,000 gifts nationwide each year. We currently hire 10 underprivileged Stay-At-Home-Mums and we aim to empower 100 Stay-At-Home-Mums to financial independence by the end of 2030.
The role of our all-rounder intern is to assist our operations team across sales and marketing with tasks in e-commerce operations, procurement, logistics, warehousing.
For this position, we are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, passionate about operations and supply chain, and a problem solver who is able to:
- Assist the operations team to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and document Standard Operating Procedure for the Operations department
- Curate and procure an inventory management system to automate our tracking of goods
- Assist in the website revamp project to integrate operations workflow into the backend system
Characteristics:
- Multi-tasker, with a strong willingness to learn. Problem-solver and able to work in a team. Resourceful, responsible, and reliable with traits of determination.

- Collaborative and willing to explore different solutions
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to listen and receive constructive criticism from the team
- Be able to work in teams and independently to adhere to strict deadlines
