• Handle the Human Resources (HR) and Administration related work.
• Maintain and update proper records of employee information and leave records in payroll software system and staff master database, in line with the P-file kept in hard copies
• Administer all leave, time off, staff welfare, workers’ insurance, claims and benefits and ensure all are in line with letter of appointments, as well as the company policy.
• Implement and maintain an Employee Handbook, which is prepared in compliance with labor laws and approved by key management, such that it is to be reviewed at least once a year.
• Conduct interviews for new staff and exit interviews for resigning staff with records documented.
• Organise recruitment drives and training programs to support all department heads as and when necessary.
• Support in development, implementation and review of HR policies and initiatives
• Liaise and issue official letters / memos to internal staff or external private / government agencies / parties as and when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties
