Pavilion Singapore is a banquet and event hall that caters for conferences, celebrations, special events for both business and personal needs such as company dinner, wedding dinners and catering, etc. The venue features advance AV systems and LED screens to provide impactful and memorable experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration and personnel operations in the group of companies
  • Handle daily book-keeping and accounting tasks
  • Perform reconciliation of receivables and ensure billing and follow-up activities are timely and accurate.
  • Manage purchase orders issuance and payment to suppliers in a timely manner and ensure proper controls and adherence to policy and procedures
  • Prepare management reports and provide relevant analysis as required by senior management from time-to-time as needed.
  •  Provide administrative support to senior management and handles HR administration including staff acquisition. on-boarding, license application, insurance renewal, office supplies, business contracts handling, correspond with government agencies, landlords and other external parties, etc.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese will be an advantage;
  • Possess a Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or HR Management or equivalent experience.
  • Working experience in hospitality business will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Organized, able to multi-tasks, able to deal with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to cope under pressure in challenging and fast pace environment;
  • Good team leader and player with ability to integrate and motivate staff;
  • Able to work independently and to work closely with senior management in execution
  • Compensation will commensurate with working experience.
