Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in Accounts receivables (AR) and Accounts payable (AP).
- Post journal entries to maintain General Ledger (GL)
- Maintaining an accurate and complete financial record.
- Reconcile daily bank transactions
- Perform credit checks.
- Assist with filings to keep all records properly.
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Meticulous in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Motivated to take on new challenges with strong desire to learn more about accounting and office operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
