Hoow Foods is seeking to employ an admin & accounts executive to join the team to handle the day-to-day accounts, book-keeping and general admin for the business.

Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management – to compile monthly/quarterly reports and statements including P&L review, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc for Hoow Foods and related companies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date accounting/administrative-related spreadsheets/documents/forms.
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly GST & CPF reports.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements including accounting, taxation matters and liaising with IRAS.
  • Support sales and purchase order operation, including preparation and handling of invoices, etc.
  • Serve as communication focal point for Singapore office.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal colleagues to support their operations/business plans.
  • Any other administration and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting
  • At least 3 years of work experience in office administration including Accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other accounting/HR softwares.
  • Strong communication skills to support other business operations.
