Role
As a Frontend Developer Intern, you will work closely with our experienced development team to build and enhance web applications. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, and to develop your skills in a real-world setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma and Webflow.
- Passion for front-end development and building excellent user experiences.
- Basic understanding of React, Node JS, and Express JS.
- Experience with health tech projects and ventures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a startup environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
- Collaborate with Product and UX to develop and maintain user-facing features.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive and dynamic web development.
- Contribute to existing documentation and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and devices.
