Role:

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of human resources management, from recruitment to employee engagement, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn about various aspects of human resources management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse individuals and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to achieving common goals.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and ethical conduct in human resources.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and fostering a positive first impression.
  • Help manage employee records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Engage in employee relations, assisting in the organization of team-building activities and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Participate in the evaluation and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and support the overall goals of the organization.
