Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Product Manager Intern to join our dynamic product team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and manage our product offerings. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, participate in product lifecycle activities, and gain valuable insights into the product management field.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development processes, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with health tech projects and ventures is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology and product development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather requirements and ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Participate in user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Engage in agile product development processes, attending sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Support the development of product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Assist in tracking product performance metrics and analyzing data to measure success.
