Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised Events Management Intern to support our Director, Emma Beckford. The successful candidate will assist in documenting and creating processes to facilitate company growth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and organisational development within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the Director to various events, meetings, and activities.
  • Document events, meetings, and processes thoroughly.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for event management and company growth.
  • Conduct research to support event planning and process development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the Director.
