Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition process such as resume screening, conducting phone screening, interview arrangement, preparation of remuneration package/offer letter, on-boarding process etc.
- Handle day to day administrative task/activities. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, organisation of files, documents etc. and other coordination duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing ITE above in Business studies/administration, human resource management, or another related field.
- Meticulous and possess good communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
