We are looking for a Rooms Administrative Intern with enthusiasm to join our team and help out with daily administrative tasks in the Housekeeping Department.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Recording
- Monitoring of room statuses from the systems
- Managing room keys
- Handling phone calls & emails
- Assisting in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure
- Good administrative and organisational skills
