- Record the issuance of phones and keys daily
- Update and record all Lost & found items found in the hotel
- Print reports and monitor the room status from the systems
- Answer phone calls received in the housekeeping department, coordinate calls accurately by recording and following up properly
- Assist housekeeping department in any ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good administrative and organisational skills
