Job Description

Social Media Management:

• Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Create and implement a social media calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online community.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative social media strategies that align with the company’s brand and objectives.

• Research and stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our online presence.

• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.

 

Administrative Support:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.

• Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies, ensuring the office environment is tidy and functional.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

• Manage calendars for senior staff, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel and accommodations.

• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

• Handle data entry and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

• Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
