Job Description

Main purpose of job

Responsible for assisting in the APAC Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.

Accountabilities

APAC reporting

Perform upcoming budget structuring and forecasting analysis.

Manage the monthly close process and produce budget variance reports.

Create and measure ad-hoc business and financial deep dives.

Extract weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from reporting system CRS, and run FX consolidation in CRS

Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by APAC FP&A Manager

Skills, knowledge & behaviours

Essential skills, knowledge & behaviours

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, finance or equivalent

Must have experience in working with inter-companies and inter-company transactions.

IT savvy and well-versed in Microsoft office applications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and positive towards fostering teamwork among associates in support role.

High degree of self-motivation and initiative.

Must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Desirable skills, knowledge & behaviours

Other languages like Mandarin or others.

Good time management

Detailed and meticulous individual

Complexity and creativity

Co-operating and communicating with different Howden companies throughout the world.
