Job Description

Get to Know the Role

The HR intern is tasked with enhancing engagement and increasing human traffic at career fairs. Responsibilities include coordinating/ assisting with booth logistics, creating promotional materials, and implementing strategies to attract attendees. Through this internship, they will gain practical experience in event planning, communication, and talent acquisition, contributing to their overall understanding of human resources and organizational dynamics.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Create New Ideas For Company Booth At Industry/ School Career Fairs.
    • Create interactive and experiential activities for career fairs to increase engagement and traffic.
  • Candidate Assessment
    • Review resumes to determine the suitability of candidates before proceeding to schedule interviews. 
    • Assist in coordinating interviews for the HR team.
  • Employee Onboarding and Orientation
    • Assist HR team with onboarding of new employees.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor / manager.
