Job Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Perform basic reception and administration duties
    • Arrange and distribute of incoming and outgoing mails/courier items
    • Greet, received and assist visitors at reception
    • Ordering of office stationery and pantry suppliers
    • Update of monthly telephone listings
  • Prepare and issue monthly birthday vouchers
  • Prepare and issue employee access cards and other items to new hires
  • Arrange with vendor on daily lunch delivery arrangement
  • Take orders and prepare daily lunch and fruits/salad for employees
  • Arrange lunch catering for company events as and when necessary
  • Serve drinks to visitors upon request
  • Order wreath, get-well baskets, or congratulatory gifts
  • Assist the HR team in other administration duties
  • Assist in employee welfare administration
  • Any other ah-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements: 

  • Min GCE "N" level or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in admin or reception duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Possess willingness to learn & adapt
  • Possess professional and courteous telephone manners etiquettes
  • Have a great sense of urgency and able to multitask
