On behalf of our client, a US MNC, we are hiring a secretary to support a high performing sales team.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the effective coordination and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the Team by producing and managing an integrated master calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines that are critical to the conduct of the organization’s business.
  • Coordinate the meetings and agendas for Meetings and Customer visits. Records the minutes of meetings as needed. 
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth and successful meetings that are associated with the responsibilities of the Team. This includes the overall arrangements and details of scheduling meeting rooms, preparing agendas, catering menus, room set-up, and equipment needs.
  • Functions as the admin support to the Management Team; creating correspondence, reports, and other materials; coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with projects, ability to manage all aspects of mailings, etc.
  • Facilitates regularly scheduled meetings with fellow administrative professionals throughout the organization in order to foster administrative support efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Organize team bonding activities.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements :

  • O / N Levels / Diploma / Private Secretarial Certificate or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint preferred.
  • Able to juggle several job priorities at the same time
  • Good Organizer, resourceful and reliable
