An automotive industry which owned a high end branded car, provide service portfolio includes new and used car sales, parts and accessories sales as well as service and maintenance.
Job Description
*Those require work pass do not need to apply
Mon to Fri: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs
One Sat/per month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs
- Handle sales and purchases journal
- Issue invoices and process payment plus refund
- Compile LTA forms and submit online
- Posting of bank-in slips, credit cards and NETs payment
- Posting of temporary transfer of ownership charges and all payment vouchers related to car sales
- Computing commission
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assign
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Cert in Accountancy/Business Administration OR Equivalent
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous in details and work independently
- OJT provided
