Job Description
Mon to Fri 7.45am to 5.15pm, Sat 7.45am to 11.45am
Job descriptions:
- Welcome customer's arrival and handle phone calls
- Handle daily emails, petty cash and filings of monthly reports
- Arrange chauffeur services for customers
- Maintain customer's area cleanliness
- General ad-hoc admin duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English communication
- Must be customer oriented with good service attitude
- Self-confidence and humble with receptive mindset
- Willing to do overtime time as required
