Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a key role in reaching out to and growing our customer database by researching through website and social media site.
The high level of activity requires the individual to balance a range of responsibilities via phone and enquiry follow-up.
S/He is reporting to Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- To contribute to the HRM Asia team in a vibrant, professional and positive manner.
- To enter up-to-date data for all databases necessary for the successful expansion of the conference and event businesses of HRM Asia.
- Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research and grow the contacts locally and To cross check content of existing data to ensure accuracy.
- To answer the telephone and make outgoing calls to corporate requirements.
- To assist all departments in an administrative capacity as required And any other tasks delegated by senior management.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications General awareness and understanding of the function of a Database/Marketing Researcher.
- No experience require Minimum Secondary School Level.
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good administrative and organizational skills Confident in handling general enquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player with good initiative.
- Ability to work well with all levels of people Interested candidates should provide a resume detailing all relevant experience.
