We are currently looking for an intern to assist the events team in organising our prominent annual events.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting and helping to organise our flagship events in Singapore. The high level of activity and involvement with the team and various other departments requires the individual to be a good communicator and able to take clear direction, all whilst being very meticulous and self-driven. The candidate will already be Singapore-based and report to the Events team.
Responsibilities:
•Undertake general project management administration and help manage existing relationships with suppliers
•Undertake general conference production administration
•Fully understand and communicate the events and answer any queries from speakers, exhibitors / sponsors, delegates etc...
•Work with all adjoining teams on design, promotion and marketing campaigns
•Good communicator who is able to speak to and take questions from professionals of all levels
•Organized, forward thinking and hardworking
Requirements:
•Positive attitude
•Experience or studies in Event / Project Management is a bonus
•Strong organisation/prioritisation skills; ability to meet deadlines
•Excellent attention to detail
•Customer satisfaction focused
