Job roles and description:
- Assist with activities and marketing promotional activities including market research; brand communications, PR, digital marketing etc.
- Create and manage the company digital platforms (Website, Ecommerce and Social media)
- Run digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Identify changing social media marketing trends, and learn to explore new ways to engage our target audience
- Handle customer complaints and set up customer service guidelines
- Experience in building websites and basic Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese
- Passionate in writing and with good research skills.
- Thirst for learning and high interest in digital marketing
- Adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed with a high level of initiative
