Huayi Shang Hang Importers & Exporters Pte Ltd is now one of the leading distributors in the consumer kitchenware sector in Singapore, specialising in kitchenware and household products. We provide professional and customised sales, marketing and logistics solutions to our stakeholders.
We have an extensive distribution network that provides kitchenware and other household products to retail outlets in Singapore, including major super/hyper markets, and consumer household retailers.
We have since opened our own retail store Kitchen+Ware, found both in shopping malls and on e-marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Amazon.
Assist the Marketing & PR Manager in marketing and public relations programmes. Four day work week. Hybrid working arrangements possible.
1. Marketing Campaigns:
- Design marketing and communication collaterals for omnichannel marketing.
- Support offline, social and digital marketing platforms and campaigns for company, including retail and online stores.
- Assist in implementation of marketing activities; visual displays, roadshows, events, promotions.
- Work with internal stakeholders on upcoming marketing/promotional activities and campaigns.
- Assist in the creative conceptualisation of marketing campaigns and communication assets and materials.
- Assist in evaluation of end-to-end customer experience across offline and digital platforms and customer touch points.
- Assist in implementation & maintenance of our Loyalty programme and its database.
- Develop, design and produce Loyalty programme related promotions, communications, collaterals and gifts.
- Research and develop marketing content for online and offline promotions.
- Assist in the research and collation of marketing related information, data and reports for management’s decision-making.
- Research and analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in both the retail and e-commerce landscape.
2. Assist in Branding efforts:
- Assist in development, implementation, design and production of Branding strategies, assets and creatives.
3. Generate Data-Driven Insights
- Generate reports for past performance of products, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
4. Others
- Any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline. Or show strong interest and skills set in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar photo-editing and design software.
- Proficient in creating content for Social Media platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong command English, as the working language of Singapore. Proficient in another language would have added advantage.
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills (In order to execute marketing campaigns, content strategies and plans across all social media channels).
- Physically fit, able to assist in visual display work (requires carrying heavy load and climbing heights)
- Organized, meticulous and results-driven.
- A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment.
- Well-read; can stay-up-to-date on current affairs, industry developments, marketing trends and social media trending topics.
- Keen eye for design, aesthetics and trends. Good visual-spatial awareness and manual dexterity
- Able to work independently
