With our rich history spanning over 28 years of business in Singapore, HUB is aiming to rethink the way Logistics have worked in the Local scene.
As the Customer Service Intern in the existing team of 20, you'll be reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be tasked to assist with the Customer Service Manager with the implementation of a new Transport Management System as well as the training of the Drivers and team. Despite your role as an "Intern", the Company will treat you as a part of our team and you'll be thrust right into action and have an enriching experience of how it's like in the "Real World"
Your Responsibilities include:
- Learning the TMS with the team and rolling it out "Live"
- Inputting/uploading of the data from our clients into the System
- Updating Customers (Front-end) on the statuses of our daily deliveries
- Execution and full implementation of the platform
- Other administrative work (Yeah unfortunately we still have the boring stuff)
- Not to forget to have fun along the way!
