As a Resourcer / Associate, you will be highly focused on candidate prospecting, market research and profile shortlisting, producing quality candidate analysis in response to time critical mandates.

· An ability to professionally engage with executive level candidates, in a direct and in-direct fashion, developing rapport and credibility with prospects.

· You will support with the successful execution of mandates, conducting desktop searches utilizing our comprehensive CRM / candidate database, social media sources and other professional resources.
