Job Description

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): 

  • Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generations via recruiting systems
  • Utilize recruitment tracking system for data entry, event management, reporting in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ownership of the general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing timely responses, professional interactions
  • Build positive candidate experience and engagement with talent pool
  • Support employer branding and HR Communications
  • Be the liaison with university and external relations to build active talent pipeline
  • Involved in HR projects, CSR and team's recruiting initiatives
