Hunters Digital – Project Executive

Must Have:

• 1-2 years experience as a project executive /manager in an agency setting or similar capacity
• Manage web design and development projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans and timelines and ensure that all milestones are met
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
• Ensure that all team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed according to the plan
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the project stays on track
• Prepare regular progress reports for clients and management
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Good To Have:

• Strong understanding of web design and development processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Familarity with platforms such as WordPress & Shopify
• Fresh ITE / Poly / Uni Grads welcomed to apply
