Huntstreet SG Pte Ltd – Retail Sales Associate

This role's remuneration entails of a base salary with attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Managing of the retail showroom sales which includes but not limited to-
  • Hosting of walk-in customers and those by appointments
  • Handling of enquiries, sales and showroom's order fulfilments
• Managing of company's Carousell account which includes but not limited to-
  • Listing of products
  • Handling of enquiries, sales and order fulfilments
• Managing of other corporate partnership sales and development
• Initiate leads to drive traffic to showroom to increase showroom sales
• Handling of the retail showroom operations which includes but not limited to-
  • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishment, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercise
  • Unpacking and sorting out of products
  • Simple visual merchandising of products and retail space
• Assisting in processing of products onto ecommerce platform
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Pre-Requisites:

• 5 day work-week (Tuesday to Saturday)
• Prior luxury retail sales experience will be preferred
• Understanding of luxury fashion is key
• Has a keen interest in fashion and trends
• Customer service-oriented
• Pleasant disposition
• Singaporean and Singapore PRs only
• Able to speak fluently in English. Additional language capabilities will be favourably considered
• Able to start immediately
