At HyperGAI, our team is committed to advancing the frontier of multimodal GenAI techniques and developing GenAI technologies and products to empower our users and customers.We are looking for a GenAI Product Operations Specialist who can lead and execute operational tasks related to user and content for generative AI products, such as building prompt pipelines and developing prompt engineering processes that will power our AI products.
GenAI Product Ops Manager (Full-time)
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a GenAI Product Operations Manager, you will assist with the following duties:
- Creatively design and refine text prompts to make our AI models execute a variety of tasks reliably and efficiently, including generating images and videos
- Test and evaluate the performance of prompts to ensure that they are producing the desired results
- Document and share best practices for prompt engineering and related tasks with the team
- Engage the community, provide customer support and gather feedback from users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and research teams to design prompts/solutions that meet the needs of our users
- Keep up with trends and updates on AI technologies, seek market opportunities and learn from other players in the market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication studies, marketing, advertising, or arts & design
- At least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in gaming, social media, marketing, advertising, arts & design, product/user operations
- Past working experience in fast-paced tech startup environments
- Display evidence of good English copywriting and/or creative design skills
- A good understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in different countries
- Familiarity with and willingness to learn about the rapidly-changing AI technologies
- An excellent communicator who is able to create high quality documentation and lead knowledge-sharing
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work effectively as part of a dynamic team
- Bonus: Have experience working on prompt engineering projects
