Job Description
  • Be the custodian of our ERP, Data Analytics/Visualisation as well as champion our drive towards RPA adoption
  • Work closely with the Finance team to identify, design and automate manual processes
  • Ensure that all sales channels are captured by our ERP and integrated via APIs where necessary
  • Maintain, monitor and review our platforms and make changes where necessary to meet business needs and objectives
  • Analyse such requirements when they arise and conduct feasibility, identify costs and resource allocation, potential issues and provide solutions
  • Own, manage, create and generate all analytics reporting across the entire organisation
  • Support & train internal users in their use of all platforms
  • Identify opportunities for RPA adoption, conduct POCs and turn them into reality

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, IT, Statistics, Analytics, etc)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems
  • Business knowledge in pharma, medical or healthcare will be advantageous
  • Data management and visualization skills / tools (PowerBI, Tableau or similar)
  • SQL & Programming languages (Python, R, VBA or similar)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and influence your recommendations
