The role
This is a generalist role that spans across functions. You will work closely with everyone and get your hands dirty on executing operations, growth, marketing and more. You’ll learn a lot about running and growing an early stage company, but it will be demanding and comes with a whole lot of hard work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Execute key operational processes in the company, including analytics, finance, hiring, product and more.
- Research and explore new business and market opportunities
- Coordinate company functions and ensure the team's welfare
- Brainstorm and execute business strategies across various operations within the company
- Provide quality administrative support to critical functions
Requirements:
When we’re building something new, you can’t learn all the right answers from a textbook. What we really want are people who have a start-up mentality — being scrappy, tenacious and able to move fast. We look for the following:
- Ideally able to commit at least 6 months
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Have the drive to work hard and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Logical and data driven
- Able to think both quantitatively and qualitatively on problems
- As a plus: Experience in a start-up, or related functions
