At Hypotenuse, interns aren’t here to sit on the sidelines or buy coffee. We empower you to make decisions, contribute creatively and think critically. In this role, your responsibilities include:
- Develop social media strategies and campaigns to drive organic traffic and subscriptions
- Create engaging content for various social media channels (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Track and analyze our social media channels to optimize for improvements and high quality user acquisition
- Design and create collateral for our campaigns
- Liaise with influencers and run campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
- Support cross functional roles, including product management, customer success and operations
In this role, you'll learn a lot about AI, the way it works and how to be numbers driven in content creation.
Requirements
The best candidates for this role are ones who love consuming and using social media, understand the ins and outs of it, and can think logically about what makes good content. On top of this, we want people who are entrepreneurial and want a taste of working in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up that's using AI to change the way people work.
- Able to commit for over 3 months (ideally 6 months) and able to start immediately
- Experience in creating high performing social media content, and a user of Tiktok/Instagram etc..
- Analytical and logical when it comes to analyzing content and driving numbers
- High awareness of trending topics, conversations and influencers, especially for professional content
- Experience and skills in graphic design or creating marketing visuals
- Learn fast. No one comes into a start-up having all the answers, but a growth mentality to keep trying and keep learning is paramount.
- Driven and tenacious. Start-ups are fast paced, and only limited by what each person wants to do. The best fits are people with an internal drive to to work hard, commit and grow even amidst setbacks.
