**Job Scope/Responsibilities**
- Managing calendar of events and appointments
- Liaising with business partner and clients
- Perform data entry, filing and verify documents
- Maintain and keep proper records of confidential documents
- Assist and support employer in daily administrative functions
Requirements
- At least a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- Singaporean/PR (able to speak Chinese)
- 20 and above (students are welcomed)
